Directions

Approaching Barnstaple from the M5/A361, follow the signs for ND Hospital/Lynton/A39. Do not enter our postcode into your satnav until you are in Barnstaple (or you will be send via the scenic route!). Pass the hospital on the right, continue straight over the roundabout and stay on the A39 for 1.5 miles (do not turn off left to Muddiford/Ilfracombe). Coxleigh Barton is on your right.
